Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Satvik Salaad account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app

The easiest way to request account deletion is directly from the Satvik Salaad app:

Open the Satvik Salaad app
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete account
Confirm the request

Your account will be permanently deleted within 3 working days. You can continue using the app until deletion is complete.

Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at care@satviksalaad.com from the email or phone number associated with your account. Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and we will process it within 3 working days.

What gets deleted

✓Your profile (name, phone number, email)
✓Delivery addresses
✓Delivery history and preferences
✓Notification settings
–Transaction records and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance).
